- Mechanism: Inhibits cap-dependent endonuclease of influenza virus polymerase complex, blocks viral mRNA transcription at the early stage of replication to stop virus proliferation.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Weight ≥40kg: single 40mg oral dose; weight <40kg: single 20mg oral dose.
Time: Taken once within 48 hours of the first appearance of influenza symptoms, independent of meals.
Instructions for use: Swallow whole tablets with water, do not crush or chew; complete the single dose without supplementary medication even if symptoms ease quickly.
Interaction: Polyvalent cations including iron, calcium and magnesium reduce absorption when taken simultaneously; separate administration by at least 4 hours.
Side effects:
1. Common: mild diarrhea, nausea, headache, sore throat.
2. Rare severe: severe allergic reactions, transient elevated liver enzymes.
