Carbamazepine blocks neuronal sodium channels to inhibit abnormal cerebral electrical discharges for epilepsy control. It suppresses overactive trigeminal nerve signals to relieve neuropathic pain and stabilizes bipolar mood.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Epilepsy adults initial dose 100–200 mg once or twice daily, titrate gradually to maintenance 400–1200 mg daily, max 1600 mg daily. Swallow whole with meals to reduce gastric irritation.
Time: Long-term maintenance to control seizures; slow dose tapering before discontinuation to avoid seizure rebound.
Interaction: Induces hepatic CYP450 enzymes, reduces blood concentration of valproate, lamotrigine, warfarin and oral contraceptives; avoid concurrent macrolides.
Side effects: Dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, hyponatremia, mild rash.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
