Yishining contains lannocopan hydrochloride, an oral complement factor B (CFB) inhibitor for the treatment of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) in adults.
- Mechanism: Selectively inhibits complement factor B (CFB), blocking activation of the alternative complement pathway and preventing complement-mediated intravascular hemolysis.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 400 mg orally twice daily (BID).
Time: Administer orally twice daily according to the prescribed dosing schedule.
Instructions for use: Swallow tablets whole with water. Take as prescribed and continue treatment until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs.
Interaction: Avoid concomitant use with strong CYP3A inhibitors or inducers; refer to prescribing information for potential drug interactions.
