As a highly selective small-molecule PI3Kδ inhibitor, it specifically blocks the BCR signaling pathway activated in malignant B lymphocytes, reduces AKT phosphorylation, suppresses proliferation of lymphoma cells and induces tumor cell apoptosis to control follicular lymphoma progression. - Drug class
Class 1 innovative oral chemical drug, domestic original selective PI3Kδ inhibitor, targeted therapeutic agent for B-cell hematological malignancies.

Phase II trials demonstrate robust efficacy and controllable safety. Oral once-daily 80mg; dose reduction to 60mg/40mg for toxicity. First domestic PI3Kδ inhibitor for relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 80 mg once daily (4 tablets of 20mg each), taken orally whole without crushing; adjust to 60mg or 40mg daily if adverse reactions occur.
Time: Take once daily at fixed time, before or after meals; continue administration until disease progression or unmanageable toxicity.
Interaction: Avoid combined use with strong CYP3A inhibitors/inducers without close monitoring; prevent Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia during treatment. Oral administration only, no injection use.
Side effects: Mostly mild to moderate; common adverse reactions encompass diarrhea, neutropenia, elevated liver enzymes, rash, fatigue; rare severe interstitial lung disease, severe infection; fatal adverse reactions are extremely uncommon.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
