XinLiTan® Allisartan Isoproxil Tablets provides treatment of mild to moderate primary hypertension in adult patients.
- Mechanism: Metabolized into active EXP3174 in vivo, selectively blocking angiotensin II AT1 receptor, dilating peripheral blood vessels and lowering peripheral vascular resistance to reduce blood pressure.
- Drug class: Angiotensin II receptor antagonist (ARB), antihypertensive drug for hypertension.
- Clinical use: Monotherapy for mild-moderate primary hypertension, suitable for patients intolerant to ACE inhibitors.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 240 mg once daily as maintenance dose.
