RuJiaNing® Lerociclib Hydrochloride Tablets is a combination therapy for HR-positive, HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in adult patients.
- Mechanism: Selective oral CDK4/6 inhibitor, blocks cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6 activity, arrests tumor cell cycle at G1 phase, suppresses proliferation of hormone receptor positive breast cancer cells and delays tumor progression.
- Drug class: Oral cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibitor, targeted anti-tumor small-molecule prescription medicine.
- Clinical use: First-line and second-line combination targeted therapy for advanced HR+/HER2- breast cancer paired with endocrine agents.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Fixed daily oral dose taken continuously for 21 days followed by a 7-day rest cycle.
Time: Dosed at consistent daily time, taken throughout repeated 28-day treatment cycles.
Instructions for use: Swallow tablets whole with water, may take with or without meals; weekly complete blood count monitoring for neutropenia risk management.
Interaction: Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors increase lerociclib exposure and hematological toxicity; strong CYP3A4 inducers reduce anti-tumor efficacy, concurrent use is avoided.
Side effects: Neutropenia, leukopenia, fatigue, nausea, alopecia, elevated liver enzymes, stomatitis.
