Sorafenib Tosylate Tablets (AiLiTuo®)is an oral multi-kinase inhibitor. It inhibits multiple tyrosine kinases and serine/threonine kinases, blocks tumor angiogenesis and cell proliferation, induces tumor cell apoptosis, and exerts broad-spectrum anti-tumor effects.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 400mg (2 tablets of 0.2g), twice daily.
Time: Administered on an empty stomach or with a low/moderate-fat meal, swallow whole, continue until disease progression or intolerable toxicity.
Interaction: Caution with CYP3A4 metabolized drugs; monitor for bleeding risk with warfarin.
Side effects: Hand-foot skin reaction, rash, alopecia, diarrhea, fatigue, hypertension; risk of bleeding, myocardial ischemia.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
