Azelastine Hydrochloride is a topical second-generation H1 antihistamine that competitively blocks nasal histamine receptors to inhibit allergic inflammatory response. Direct nasal administration achieves local high drug concentration with minimal systemic absorption.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Adults & children aged 6 years and above: 1 spray per nostril, twice daily (morning and evening). Max 2 sprays per nostril twice daily for severe symptoms.
Time: Clear nasal cavity before spraying, shake well before use.
Interaction: Concomitant use with alcohol or central sedatives may aggravate drowsiness. No obvious metabolic drug interactions found.
Side effects: Mild bitter taste in mouth, nasal dryness, slight drowsiness.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
