BeiShuangDing® Entecavir Dispersible Tablets treats chronic hepatitis B in adults by inhibiting hepatitis B virus replication, lowering transaminase levels and improving liver tissue pathological lesions.
- Mechanism: Entecavir is nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor; competently inhibits HBV DNA polymerase to block viral genome replication and suppress hepatitis B virus proliferation.
- Drug class: Oral antiviral nucleoside analog for chronic hepatitis B treatment.
- Clinical use: Long-term antiviral maintenance therapy for adult patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 0.5mg tablet taken orally once daily; 1mg once daily for patients with lamivudine resistance.
Time: Take orally on empty stomach, at least 2 hours before or after meals.
Instructions for use: Maintain continuous daily administration without arbitrary interruption; regular liver function and HBV DNA recheck every three months.
Interaction: Concentration absorption interference may occur when combined with food and antacids; separate administration interval by 2 hours.
Side effects: Mild headache, fatigue and nausea in initial medication stage; rare severe lactic acidosis after long-term use.
