WeiMaiTuo (eratrectinib) contains eratrectinib, an oral small-molecule tropomyosin receptor kinase (TRK) inhibitor for the treatment of patients with NTRK gene fusion-positive solid tumors.

Mechanism: Inhibits TRKA, TRKB, and TRKC receptor tyrosine kinases encoded by NTRK1, NTRK2, and NTRK3 genes, thereby blocking TRK signaling pathways involved in tumor cell proliferation and survival.
Drug class: Tropomyosin receptor kinase (TRK) inhibitor.
Clinical use: Treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring NTRK gene fusions.
