Indication & Scope
NuoPuLi® Lisinopril Tablets indicates for the treatment of essential hypertension and renovascular hypertension. It is used for adjuvant treatment of congestive heart failure and cardiac function protection after acute myocardial infarction.
- Mechanism: Lisinopril is a long-acting angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor. It continuously inhibits angiotensin-converting enzyme, reduces angiotensin II generation, dilates peripheral blood vessels, reduces blood volume and peripheral resistance to lower blood pressure. It also improves myocardial blood perfusion, inhibits ventricular remodeling, and protects cardiac function after myocardial infarction and in heart failure.
- Drug class: Long-acting Angiotensin-converting Enzyme Inhibitor (ACEI).
- Clinical use: Clinically used for long-term stable control of hypertension, auxiliary treatment of refractory congestive heart failure, and early cardiac function intervention and protection after acute myocardial infarction to improve patient prognosis.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Hypertension initial dose is 10mg once daily, maintenance dose ranges from 10mg to 20mg daily. Low-dose gradual adjustment is required for heart failure and post-infarction patients.
Time: Take orally once daily at a fixed time, independent of meal intake.
Instructions for use: Take the tablet whole with water without crushing. Individual dose adjustment is based on blood pressure, renal function and cardiac function. Regular reexamination of relevant indicators is required during medication.
Interaction: Combined with potassium supplements or potassium-sparing diuretics causes hyperkalemia. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs reduce drug efficacy and increase renal damage risk. Combined antihypertensive drugs enhance hypotensive effect.
Side effects:
1. Common side effects include dry cough, dizziness, hypotension, fatigue and headache.
2. Rare adverse reactions include hyperkalemia, renal function deterioration, angioedema and gastrointestinal symptoms.
