XinTiTuo® Siltartoxatug Injection serves as an emergency tetanus prevention for adult patients after high-risk trauma.
- Mechanism: It is a fully human recombinant anti-tetanus toxin IgG1 monoclonal antibody, which specifically binds and neutralizes circulating tetanus neurotoxin to prevent the clinical onset of tetanus.
- Drug class: Passive immunization preparation, fully human monoclonal antibody prescription medicine.
- Clinical use: Emergency post-traumatic tetanus prevention, which can replace equine tetanus antitoxin and human tetanus immunoglobulin.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: A single fixed intramuscular dose according to the risk assessment of trauma wounds.
Time: Inject as soon as possible after high-risk traumatic wounds occur.
Instructions for use: Only for deep intramuscular injection, intravenous injection is forbidden. It should be used together with tetanus toxoid to establish long-term active immunity.
Interaction: No clinically significant drug-drug interactions have been found.
Side effects: Mild injection site pain, headache, fatigue, transient myalgia, and extremely low risk of hypersensitivity reactions.
