Xeligekimab Injection treats moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adults eligible for systemic therapy or phototherapy
- Mechanism: Fully human monoclonal antibody binds and neutralizes IL-17A and IL-17F, blocks inflammatory signaling that causes psoriatic skin lesions.
- Drug class: IL-17 inhibitor, fully human monoclonal antibody, dermatological biologic agent.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Loading doses at Week 0, Week 2, followed by maintenance dose every 4 weeks.
Time: Fixed long-term dosing intervals for continuous disease control.
Instructions for use: Subcutaneous injection into abdomen, thigh or upper outer arm.
Interaction: Reduced efficacy of live vaccines; combined use with systemic immunosuppressants increases infection risk.
Side effects: Nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory tract infection, injection site erythema and pain, headache, mild candidiasis.
