ShanZePing® Prusogliptin Tablets improves glycemic control in adult patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
- Mechanism: Long-acting selective DPP-4 inhibitor, stabilizes active GLP-1 and GIP to regulate insulin and glucagon secretion in a glucose-dependent manner.
- Drug class: Dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitor, oral anti-diabetic therapeutic agent.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Fixed single oral dose taken once daily.
Time: Same fixed time daily, administration is not affected by meals.
Instructions for use: Swallow whole tablet with clean water, do not split or crush.
Interaction: Combined use with sulfonylureas or insulin increases hypoglycemia risk; no significant interactions with metformin and SGLT2 inhibitors.
Side effects: Nasopharyngitis, mild headache, arthralgia, rare hypoglycemic episodes.
