- Mechanism: Cap-dependent endonuclease inhibitor, blocks viral mRNA transcription of influenza A/B strains to stop virus replication.
- Drug class: Novel cap-dependent endonuclease anti-influenza antiviral agent.
- Clinical use: Single-dose oral treatment for acute uncomplicated type A and B influenza within 48 hours of symptom onset in adults.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Single one-time oral therapeutic dose, no repeated dosing within one influenza episode.
Time: Take orally within 48 hours after first flu symptoms appear, regardless of mealtime.
Instructions for use: Take the full tablet dose at once with water; the drug can be administered with or without food.
Interaction: Polyvalent cation antacids reduce drug absorption, separate administration by at least 4 hours.
Side effects:
1. Common: headache, nausea, diarrhea, nasopharyngitis.
2. Severe: hypersensitivity rash, bronchospasm.
