- Mechanism: Sofosbuvir inhibits HCV NS5B RNA polymerase; velpatasvir inhibits NS5A protein to block viral replication at two different stages.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: One fixed-dose combination tablet taken once daily for 12 consecutive weeks for most patients.
Time: Fixed daily time, usable with or without food.
