Niraparib Tosylate and Abiraterone Acetate Tablets (Akeega®) combines abiraterone acetate (androgen synthesis inhibitor) and niraparib (PARP inhibitor) to trigger synthetic lethality and curb BRCA-mutated mCRPC cell growth.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Standard dosage regimen: 1 tablet orally once daily, taken on an empty stomach at least 2 hours before food and 1 hour after food.
Time: Daily fixed-time oral administration on empty stomach; continuous treatment until disease progression or intolerable toxicity.
Interaction: Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors increase systemic exposure of abiraterone, close monitoring is required for combined use; strong CYP3A4 inducers reduce efficacy, concurrent use forbidden. Niraparib may aggravate myelosuppression when combined with chemotherapy.
Side effects: Common reactions: Anemia, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, hypertension, hypokalemia, elevated liver transaminases, fatigue, hot flushes, joint pain, nausea.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
