JinGe® Sildenafil Citrate Tablets is used for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction.
- Mechanism: Inhibits phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), increases cyclic guanosine monophosphate concentration in penile cavernous smooth muscle, relaxes smooth muscle and dilates blood vessels, thereby improving penile blood perfusion and erectile function.
- Drug class: Phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor for male sexual dysfunction.
- Clinical use: Clinically specialized for symptomatic improvement of male organic and functional erectile dysfunction.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Initial dose is 50 mg each time, adjusted to 25-100 mg according to individual tolerance, maximum once daily.
Time: Taken 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity, not more than once a day.
Instructions for use: Oral administration with water, avoid high-fat diet before taking to prevent delayed drug effect.
Interaction: Combined use with nitrates will cause severe hypotension; combined with alpha-blockers may lead to symptomatic hypotension.
Side effects: Flushing, headache, nasal congestion, dizziness; rare blurred vision, hypotension and abnormal heartbeat.
