How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Initial 10 mg once daily morning or evening; increase to 20 mg after 1 week if insufficient response.
Time: Long-term maintenance therapy prevents depressive/anxiety relapse; taper dosage gradually before discontinuation to avoid withdrawal symptoms.
Interaction: Co-use with NSAIDs raises bleeding risk; combined serotonergic drugs may trigger serotonin syndrome. MAOIs are strictly forbidden for concurrent use.
Side effects: Nausea, insomnia, fatigue, dry mouth, sweating, mild sexual dysfunction.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
