Indication & Scope
YiXinTan®/Entresto® Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets provides treatment of chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction and essential hypertension.
- Mechanism: Valsartan inhibits angiotensin II receptors to reduce vascular resistance; sacubitril inhibits neprilysin to increase natriuretic peptide concentration, promoting diuresis, vasodilation and reverse cardiac remodeling.
- Drug class: Angiotensin Receptor Neprilysin Inhibitor (ARNI), antihypertensive and heart failure therapeutic agent.
- Clinical use: Long-term maintenance treatment for chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction; routine control of essential hypertension.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Initial low-dose administration, gradually titrated to standard therapeutic dose twice daily under medical supervision.
Time: Twice daily, taken at fixed morning and evening intervals.
Instructions for use: Swallow whole with water, prohibit sudden drug withdrawal; cross-switching from ACEI drugs requires a drug washout period.
Interaction: Concomitant ACEI drugs increase angioedema risk; potassium-sparing drugs induce hyperkalemia; NSAIDs affect renal function.
Side effects:
1. Common: hypotension, dizziness, hyperkalemia, fatigue.
2. Rare: angioedema, renal function impairment.
