Cobamamide Tablets are a prescription coenzyme vitamin B12 preparation indicated for the treatment of megaloblastic anemia, nutritional anemia, pregnancy-related anemia, peripheral neuropathies, and as an adjunctive treatment for leukopenia caused by radiation or medications.

Mechanism: Cobamamide is the active coenzyme form of vitamin B12 that promotes nucleic acid synthesis, red blood cell production, and nerve tissue repair.
Drug class: Coenzyme vitamin B12 preparation.
Clinical use: Treatment of anemia, peripheral neuropathy, and adjunctive treatment of leukopenia.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Take 2–6 tablets orally, three times daily.

Time: Take three times daily, with or without food.

Instructions for use: Swallow the tablets with water. Continue treatment as directed by your physician based on the condition being treated.

Interaction: Folic acid may enhance therapeutic effects, while chloramphenicol may reduce the hematologic response.
