Kisunla® Donanemab Injection treats mild cognitive impairment and mild dementia caused by Alzheimer’s disease.
- Mechanism:Monoclonal antibody targeting amyloid-beta plaques, binds and clears accumulated amyloid-beta protein in the brain to slow neurodegeneration.
- Drug class:Anti-amyloid beta monoclonal antibody, disease-modifying therapy for Alzheimer’s disease.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Fixed maintenance dose administered at scheduled intervals.
Time: Regular repeated subcutaneous injections for long-term disease modification.
Instructions for use: Subcutaneous injection into abdomen, thigh or upper outer arm.
Interaction: Immunosuppressants increase infection risk; avoid concurrent use without neurological supervision.
Side effects: Amyloid-related imaging abnormalities (ARIA), headache, injection site reactions, fatigue, falls.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
