Indication & Scope
DaFuYa® (Halcinonide Solution) is a prescription topical corticosteroid indicated for contact eczema, atopic dermatitis, neurodermatitis, limited psoriasis, lichen sclerosus, lichen planus, discoid lupus erythematosus, non-facial seborrheic dermatitis, and hypertrophic scars.Halcinonide is a potent topical corticosteroid that reduces cutaneous inflammation, itching, and immune-mediated skin reactions.
- Mechanism: Activates glucocorticoid receptors to suppress inflammatory and immune responses in the skin.
- Drug class: Potent topical corticosteroid.
- Clinical use: Short-term topical treatment of selected inflammatory and corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area twice daily, in the morning and evening.
Time: For external use only. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin. Avoid the eyes, mucous membranes, face, and other sensitive areas unless specifically directed by a physician.
Instructions for use: Avoid prolonged or large-area use. Occlusive dressings are generally not recommended because they may increase systemic absorption.
Interaction: No specific clinically significant drug interactions have been established; consult a physician or pharmacist when using other medicines concomitantly.
Side effects: Local burning, stinging, and temporary itching may occur. Prolonged or excessive use may cause skin atrophy, telangiectasia, striae, purpura, pigmentation changes, folliculitis, and secondary infection; excessive systemic absorption may produce corticosteroid-related effects.
