- Mechanism: Selective small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor, potently inhibits ROS1 and NTRK fusion kinases to block downstream oncogenic signaling and tumor cell proliferation.
- Drug class: ROS1/TRK targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor, oral anti-tumor agent.
- Clinical use: First-line and subsequent-line targeted therapy for ROS1 fusion-positive late-stage non-small cell lung cancer.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Fixed oral dose taken twice daily.
Time: Twice daily continuous oral administration during full treatment duration.
Instructions for use: Swallow capsules whole with water, administration is unaffected by meals.
Interaction: Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors and inducers alter systemic drug exposure and require dose adjustment.
Side effects: Elevated liver enzymes, diarrhea, nausea, peripheral edema, fatigue, myalgia.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
