LiShengTuo® Lisaftoclax Tablets provides treatment of adult chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL).
- Mechanism: BCL-2 selective inhibitor, binds anti-apoptotic BCL-2 protein, triggers programmed death of malignant B lymphocytes.
- Drug class: BCL-2 targeted anti-hematologic malignancy small molecule drug
- Clinical use: Single or combination targeted therapy for previously treated adult CLL/SLL.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Weekly ramp-up dose titration to reach the daily maintenance therapeutic dose.
Time: Oral administration once daily with food, consistent intake timing every day.
Instructions for use: Start with low dose and gradually escalate to prevent tumor lysis syndrome; monitor serum electrolytes and renal function closely in initial treatment phase.
Interaction: Strong CYP3A inhibitors drastically raise lisafotoclax exposure, co-administration is forbidden.
Side effects:
1. Common: diarrhea, neutropenia, fatigue, nausea, upper respiratory tract infection.
2. Severe: tumor lysis syndrome, severe neutropenic fever, pneumonia.
