AiRuiKai® Glecirasib Citrate Tablets provides a treatment for adult patients with KRAS G12C mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer who have received at least one prior systemic anti-tumor therapy.
- Mechanism: Covalent selective KRAS G12C inhibitor that irreversibly binds to mutant KRAS G12C protein, locks the oncoprotein in inactive GDP-bound conformation and blocks downstream RAS/MAPK oncogenic signaling to suppress tumor cell proliferation.
- Drug class: Oral covalent KRAS G12C targeted inhibitor, anti-tumor prescription small-molecule medicine.
- Clinical use: Late-line targeted monotherapy for previously treated KRAS G12C mutant non-small cell lung cancer.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Fixed once-daily oral dose taken continuously.
Time: Dosed at the same time every day until disease progression or unacceptable toxic adverse reactions occur.
Instructions for use: Tablets are swallowed whole without crushing or chewing, can be administered with or without food.
Interaction: Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors elevate systemic drug exposure, strong CYP3A4 inducers reduce anti-tumor efficacy, concurrent use is prohibited.
Side effects: Diarrhea, nausea, fatigue, elevated liver transaminases, peripheral edema, and rare interstitial lung disease.
