Indication & Scope
YiNuoXin® (Zurletrectinib) is indicated for the treatment of adult and adolescent patients (12 years of age and older) with NTRK fusion-positive locally advanced, metastatic, or unresectable solid tumors who have no satisfactory alternative treatment options or whose disease has progressed following prior therapy.
- Mechanism: Zurletrectinib is a highly selective tropomyosin receptor kinase (TRK) inhibitor that targets TRKA, TRKB, and TRKC proteins encoded by the NTRK genes. By inhibiting constitutively activated TRK fusion proteins, it suppresses tumor cell proliferation and survival.
- Drug Class: TRK inhibitor.
- Clinical Use: Treatment of adult and adolescent patients (≥12 years) with NTRK fusion-positive solid tumors lacking satisfactory alternative treatment options.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 8 mg administered orally once daily (two 4 mg tablets) according to the approved prescribing information.
Time: Administer orally once daily at the same time each day, with or without food.
Instructions for use: Swallow the tablets whole with water without crushing, chewing, or splitting. Treatment should continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs. Patients must be confirmed to have an NTRK gene fusion without known acquired resistance mutations before treatment. If a dose is missed by more than 12 hours, skip the missed dose and resume the regular schedule. If vomiting occurs after administration, do not take an additional dose.
Interaction: Avoid concomitant use with strong or moderate CYP3A inhibitors or CYP3A inducers, as these agents may alter Zurletrectinib exposure.
Side effects: Common adverse reactions include anemia, increased alanine aminotransferase, increased aspartate aminotransferase, weight gain, dizziness, constipation, fatigue, leukopenia, neutropenia, elevated creatine phosphokinase, hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesterolemia, paresthesia, edema, and muscular weakness. Serious risks include neurological adverse reactions, bone fractures, and elevated liver enzymes.
