It balances limbic dopamine overactivity to ease positive psychotic symptoms and boosts prefrontal D2/5-HT1A signaling for negative/depressive relief, with negligible weight gain, weak sedation and mild extrapyramidal effects.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Initial 10–15 mg once daily, effective range 10–30 mg/day; dose adjustment forbidden within the first 2 weeks until steady blood concentration is achieved.
Time: Long-term maintenance therapy is required for recurrent psychosis and bipolar disorder, with regular psychiatric follow-up.
Interaction: CYP3A4/CYP2D6 inhibitors increase aripiprazole plasma levels; enzyme inducers reduce drug efficacy, requiring dose adjustment.
Side effects: Insomnia, akathisia, headache, mild gastrointestinal discomfort, minimal weight gain.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
