Indication & Scope

Enzalutamide Soft Capsules (Xtandi®) is a potent selective androgen receptor inhibitor. It blocks androgen binding to prostate cancer cell AR, inhibits nuclear translocation and DNA binding of AR, suppresses tumor cell proliferation and induces tumor cell apoptosis to slow prostate cancer progression and metastasis.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Standard dosage regimen: 160 mg orally once daily (4 × 40 mg capsules). Swallow whole capsules with water; do not chew, split or dissolve.

Time: Fixed once-daily oral administration, taken with or without food; continue treatment until disease progression or intolerable toxicity.

Interaction: Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors increase enzalutamide exposure, close monitoring required.

Side effects: Fatigue, hot flush, hypertension, bone & joint pain, decreased appetite, fall and fracture risk, headache, constipation.

Important Notice

This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
