YiQing® Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis in adults, adolescents and children aged 3‑11 years old.
- Mechanism: Mometasone furoate is a synthetic glucocorticoid with potent local anti‑inflammatory effect. It binds to intracellular glucocorticoid receptors, suppresses the release of multiple inflammatory mediators, reduces nasal mucosal swelling, hyperemia and hypersensitivity reactions triggered by allergens.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Variable spray dosage according to age group; standard starting dosage for adults and adolescents is two sprays per nostril once daily, adjust after symptom relief.
Time: Once daily at a fixed time of day.
Instructions for use: Prime the pump before first use; tilt head slightly forward, insert nozzle into nostril, spray gently toward the outer nasal wall; avoid direct spraying onto the nasal septum.
