EDURANT® Rilpivirine Tablets provids combination antiretroviral therapy for treatment-naive adults with HIV-1 infection and baseline viral load ≤100,000 copies/mL.
- Mechanism: Non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor that binds allosterically to HIV reverse transcriptase to block viral DNA synthesis.
- Drug class: Second-generation non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor for HIV combination therapy.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 25mg one tablet once daily as part of a full three-drug combination regimen.
Time: Must be taken with a full meal at a fixed daily time to guarantee sufficient absorption.
Instructions for use: Always combined with two nucleoside analogs; antacids and proton pump inhibitors must be avoided due to absorption reduction; monitor liver function regularly.
