Indication & Scope
Amisulpride Tablets (PaKe®) (Solian®) are a selective dopamine D2/D3 receptor antagonist. Low doses selectively block presynaptic dopamine autoreceptors to increase dopamine release and improve negative symptoms and depression; high doses block postsynaptic D2/D3 receptors to control psychotic positive symptoms.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Schizophrenia with dominant negative symptoms: 50–100mg once daily, maximum 300mg/day
Time: Long-term maintenance treatment is required for schizophrenia to prevent relapse; depressive episodes are treated continuously until emotional symptoms fully relieve.
Interaction: Contraindicated with levodopa. Caution when combined with drugs that prolong QT interval, risk of arrhythmia.
Side effects: Insomnia, anxiety, agitation, prolactin elevation (galactorrhea, amenorrhea, breast swelling, sexual dysfunction), weight gain, mild extrapyramidal symptoms.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.

Can patients driving or operating machines take Pake?
Not recommended; the drug causes drowsiness, which impairs attention and reaction speed.
Which two types of drugs are absolutely forbidden to combine with amisulpride?

Will hyperprolactinemia adverse reactions recover after drug discontinuation?
