Indication & Scope
Duloxetine Hydrochloride Enteric-coated Tablets (AoSiPing®) is a dual serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI). It simultaneously inhibits the reuptake of 5-hydroxytryptamine and norepinephrine in the brain, elevates synaptic neurotransmitter concentration, improves depressive mood and persistent generalized anxiety symptoms.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Depression initial dose: 40mg daily (20mg twice daily), maximum 60mg daily.
Time: Oral administration regardless of meals; consolidation therapy for at least 6 months after symptom relief to prevent relapse.
Interaction: Forbid combined use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Side effects: Nausea, dry mouth, fatigue, dizziness, sweating, insomnia, decreased appetite.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
