Amisulpride selectively antagonizes D2/D3 receptors. Low doses lift dopamine to relieve negative symptoms, while high doses curb limbic dopamine activity for positive symptom control, with mild extrapyramidal effects from weak striatal binding.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: 50–300 mg daily, optimal dose 100 mg once daily.

Time: Long-term maintenance treatment to reduce schizophrenia recurrence; regular psychiatric follow-up required.

Interaction: Amisulpride hardly metabolized by liver enzymes; renal excretion dominates.

Side effects: Galactorrhea, amenorrhea, sexual dysfunction, mild extrapyramidal reactions, insomnia, anxiety.

Important Notice

This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
