XinShuMu® Pradefovir Mesylate Tablets antiviral treats adult patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection.
- Mechanism: Nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor prodrug selectively inhibits HBV DNA polymerase, blocks hepatitis B virus replication and reduces viral load
- Drug class: Nucleoside analog antiviral agent, anti-HBV therapeutic drug.
- Clinical use: Long-term viral suppression for chronic hepatitis B to delay liver fibrosis and cirrhosis progression.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Fixed oral dose once daily.
Time: Taken orally at the same fixed time every day.
Instructions for use: Swallow the whole tablet with clean water, can be taken with or without meals.
Interaction: Combined use with other nephrotoxic antiviral drugs needs renal function monitoring.
Side effects: Headache, fatigue, nausea, elevated serum creatinine, mild gastrointestinal discomfort.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
