Tacrolimus is topical calcineurin inhibitor suppressing abnormal skin immune response. It alleviates atopic dermatitis inflammation and itch without skin atrophy risk of topical hormones.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: Thinly apply appropriate amount on affected skin.

 

Time: Topical external use twice daily.

 

Interaction: Minimal percutaneous absorption; no obvious systemic drug interactions. Avoid combined use of strong immunosuppressants.

 

Side effects: Transient local burning, stinging, skin fever, pruritus at application site.

Important Notice

This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
