Indication & Scope
Abemaciclib Tablets (Verzenios®)is potent selective CDK4/6 inhibitor. It inhibits cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6, blocks cell cycle transition from G1 to S phase, restrains proliferation of HR-positive breast cancer cells, and reduces distant recurrence risk for high-risk early breast cancer.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Metastatic first-line (with aromatase inhibitor): 150mg oral twice daily, continuous dosing;Combined with fulvestrant / monotherapy: 150mg twice daily;Early breast cancer adjuvant therapy: 150mg twice daily for 2 years;Dose adjustment: Step down to 100mg twice daily, then 50mg twice daily; discontinue permanently if intolerance remains
Time: Take with or without food, swallow whole; no scheduled off-treatment period, administer continuously
Interaction: Avoid strong CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers; monitor liver function and blood routine regularly
Side effects: Diarrhea, neutropenia, fatigue, nausea, abdominal pain, anemia; severe risks: severe neutropenia, liver function injury, venous thromboembolism
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
