Indication & Scope
Palbociclib Capsules (Ibrance®) is selective CDK4/6 inhibitor. It blocks cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6, arrests tumor cell cycle at G1 phase, inhibits proliferation of HR+/HER2- breast cancer cells, and synergizes with endocrine agents.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Standard dose: 125mg once daily orally for 21 consecutive days, followed by 7 days off treatment to form a 28-day cycle, take with food;Dose reduction: Step down to 100mg qd, then 75mg qd; discontinue permanently if intolerance remains
Time: Repeat cycles continuously until disease progression or unmanageable toxicity
Interaction: Avoid strong CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers; monitor neutropenia regularly
Side effects: Neutropenia, leukopenia, fatigue, anemia, alopecia, nausea, stomatitis; major severe risk: severe neutropenia
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
