Rilertinib Mesylate Tablets proceeds the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.
- Mechanism: Third-generation selective EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor, irreversibly binds to mutant EGFR protein, blocks downstream oncogenic signaling, inhibits proliferation of EGFR-mutant NSCLC cells.
- Drug class: EGFR Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (TKI), oral targeted antineoplastic drug.
- Clinical use: First-line and post-resistance targeted therapy for EGFR-mutant locally advanced/metastatic NSCLC.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose:80 mg orally once daily. Dose reduction permitted for severe gastrointestinal or cutaneous adverse reactions.
Time:Taken at a fixed time every day after meals to lower gastrointestinal irritation risk.
Instructions for use:
1. Verify EGFR mutation status via gene testing before administration.
2. Tablets must be swallowed whole with water, do not crush or split.
3. Monitor for diarrhea, rash and interstitial lung disease symptoms regularly.
4. Permanently discontinue for confirmed severe interstitial lung disease.
Interaction:
1. Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors raise systemic exposure and toxicity risk.
2. Strong CYP3A4 inducers reduce drug efficacy.
3. Antidiarrheal agents are recommended for management of EGFR-TKI induced diarrhea.
Side effects:
1. Common: Diarrhea, acneiform rash, paronychia, dry skin, stomatitis, elevated liver enzymes.
2. Severe: Interstitial lung disease, severe hepatotoxicity, ocular toxicities, grade 4 skin reactions.
