Description
Indication & Scope
XinKeQing® (Higenamine Hydrochloride Injection) is a Class 1 innovative chemical drug developed in China for use as a pharmacologic cardiac stress agent in myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI). It is indicated for radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging to assess myocardial ischemia in patients requiring pharmacologic stress testing.
- Mechanism: Higenamine hydrochloride is a β-adrenergic receptor agonist that produces positive inotropic and chronotropic effects, increasing myocardial contractility, heart rate, and coronary blood flow to induce pharmacologic cardiac stress.
- Drug class: β-Adrenergic receptor agonist.
- Clinical use: Pharmacologic stress agent for radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) to evaluate myocardial ischemia.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Dilute one vial with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection to a total volume of 50 mL (50 μg/mL). Administer intravenously using an incremental infusion protocol of 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, and 4.0 μg/kg/min, with each dose infused for 3 minutes (total infusion time: 12 minutes).
Time: Administer immediately before radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI). Inject the radiopharmaceutical tracer immediately after the cardiac stress test endpoint is reached.
Instructions for use: For intravenous use only. Prepare immediately before administration. Stop the infusion immediately once the cardiac stress test termination criteria are met, and proceed with radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging according to the approved protocol.
Interaction: Refer to the approved package labeling.
Side effects: Adverse reactions are generally mild and usually resolve rapidly after discontinuation. Refer to the approved prescribing information for complete safety information.
