- Mechanism: Long-acting selective β2 agonist that continuously relaxes bronchial smooth muscle for sustained bronchodilation over 12 hours via nebulized local delivery.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 20μg twice daily via nebulization, diluted with normal saline.
Time: Morning and evening, 12-hour fixed interval between two doses.
Instructions for use: Dilute with sterile normal saline before nebulization; inhale mist slowly until full nebulization completes.
Interaction: Beta-blockers completely antagonize bronchodilation; high-dose theophylline increases tremor risk.
Side effects:
