Indication & Scope
Dexzopiclone is a non-benzodiazepine hypnotic Z-drug. It selectively binds to central GABA-A receptor complex, enhances inhibitory neurotransmission of γ-aminobutyric acid, accelerates sleep initiation, stabilizes sleep cycle with less residual sedation next day compared with benzodiazepines.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 1mg taken orally immediately before bedtime.
Time: Short-term treatment only, continuous use within 4 weeks; prolonged use will induce physical dependence.
Interaction: Combined with alcohol, benzodiazepines, antihistamines and opioids will aggravate central nervous inhibition, increase risk of respiratory depression and coma.
Side effects: Daytime somnolence, dizziness, bitter metallic taste in mouth, dry mouth, headache.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
