Montelukast Sodiumselectively blocks cysteinyl leukotriene receptors to inhibit leukotriene-mediated bronchospasm and airway inflammatory exudation. Systemic oral absorption relieves both bronchoconstriction and nasal allergic inflammation.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Adults aged 15 years and above: 10mg once daily orally at bedtime.
Time: Take regardless of meals; use daily at night for long-term asthma control.
Interaction: CYP450 enzyme inducers slightly reduce montelukast blood concentration; no severe adverse drug combinations reported.
Side effects: Headache, dry mouth, mild gastrointestinal upset.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
