Indication & Scope
Methotrexate Injection(MeiSuSheng®), a folate antagonist, inhibits dihydrofolate reductase to block nucleic acid synthesis and tumor proliferation. Low doses relieve autoimmune inflammation; high doses need folinic acid rescue to spare normal cells.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Tumor: Low-dose weekly IM/IV; high-dose combined with folinic acid rescue; Autoimmune disease: 7.5–25mg once weekly IM/IV;Intrathecal: Only preservative-free formulation for meningeal cancer
Time: Weekly administration for rheumatology; chemotherapy cycles per tumor regimen; supplement folic acid daily to reduce toxicity
Interaction: Avoid NSAIDs, sulfonamides, trimethoprim; increase methotrexate systemic exposure and myelotoxicity
Side effects: Myelosuppression, oral mucositis, liver function damage, renal tubular injury, gastrointestinal reaction, alopecia
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
