Description
Indication & Scope
KangShuTuo® Compound Ipratropium Bromide Solution for Inhalation treats reversible bronchospasm caused by obstructive airway diseases for patients requiring combined nebulized bronchodilator therapy.
- Mechanism: Ipratropium bromide blocks cholinergic receptors to reduce parasympathetic-mediated bronchoconstriction; salbutamol activates beta-2 adrenergic receptors to relax bronchial smooth muscle. The dual ingredients provide synergistic rapid and sustained bronchodilation.
- Drug class: Combination of anticholinergic bronchodilator and short-acting beta-2 agonist bronchodilator.
- Clinical use: Adjunct nebulization therapy for moderate to severe reversible airway obstruction in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma.
