Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets (HuYou®)is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). It competitively binds to estrogen receptors in breast cancer cells, blocks estrogen-mediated tumor growth signals, inhibits hormone-dependent breast cancer cell proliferation, and exerts anti-tumor effects.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Oral, 10mg (1 tablet) twice daily, or 20mg (2 tablets) twice daily.
Time: Fixed time daily, can be taken with or without food.
Interaction: Avoid concomitant estrogen therapy; caution with warfarin and CYP metabolized drugs.
Side effects: Menstrual disorders, vaginal bleeding, hot flashes, nausea, alopecia, rash, endometrial lesions, hypercalcemia (especially bone metastasis patients); rare ocular toxicity, thrombosis.
Important Notice
This product shall only be used for post-exposure rabies prophylaxis by professional medical staff. It must be applied combined with rabies vaccine and injected via wound infiltration plus intramuscular routes as specified. Do not administer intravenously or alter the dosage at will. Hypersensitivity monitoring is required throughout the whole injection process.
