BaiLingNiao® JinGanJiaoNang clears heat and detoxifies, dispels wind and relieves exterior symptoms; used for common cold and influenza, manifested as fever, headache, sore throat and nasal congestion.

Mechanism: Herbal ingredients clear exterior heat and relieve cold symptoms; paracetamol reduces fever and pain, amantadine inhibits influenza virus replication, chlorpheniramine relieves nasal congestion and allergic symptoms.

How to use ?

Recommended Dose: 2 capsules per single administration.

Time: Orally taken three times daily.

Instructions for use: Swallow with warm water. Do not take other antipyretic analgesics at the same time to avoid paracetamol overdose. Avoid alcohol during medication. Drowsiness may occur, so high‑risk operations are prohibited.

Interaction: Concomitant use with other cold preparations containing paracetamol causes liver damage risk. Sedative drugs enhance drowsiness effect.

Side effects: Drowsiness, fatigue, mild nausea, dry mouth; rare hepatic enzyme elevation, allergic rash.
