HaiNaAn® Deutenzalutamide Soft Capsules treats prostate cancer in adult male patients.
- Mechanism: Deuterium-modified second-generation androgen receptor inhibitor, competitively binds prostate tumor cell androgen receptors, blocks androgen-mediated nuclear signaling, inhibits prostate cancer cell proliferation and induces tumor cell apoptosis, with improved metabolic stability versus non-deuterated analogs.
- Drug class: Oral deuterated androgen receptor antagonist, prostate cancer anti-tumor prescription soft capsule medicine.
- Clinical use: First and second-line monotherapy for metastatic and non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Fixed once-daily oral soft capsule continuous dose.
Time: Same daily dosing time for lifelong continuous treatment until disease progression.
Instructions for use: Swallow capsules whole, may take with or without food; patients with seizure history require close neurological monitoring during treatment.
Interaction: CYP3A4 regulators alter drug plasma concentration; combined use with anti-androgen drugs increases fatigue risk.
Side effects: Fatigue, hot flashes, hypertension, musculoskeletal pain, seizure (rare), urinary tract infection.
