Indication & Scope
Golidocitinib Capsules treats relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).
- Mechanism: Selective JAK1/2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor, blocks JAK-STAT signaling pathway critical for proliferation and survival of T-cell lymphoma cells, inhibits inflammatory and oncogenic cytokine signaling.
- Drug class: Janus Kinase (JAK) inhibitor, oral targeted anti-lymphoma antineoplastic drug.
- Clinical use: Salvage therapy for adult patients with relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma after at least one prior systemic chemotherapy regimen.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: 100 mg orally once daily. Dose reduction for grade 3/4 hematologic toxicities.
Time: Taken at a fixed daily time, with or without food.
Instructions for use:
1. Complete infection screening before treatment initiation.
2. Regular complete blood count monitoring to manage cytopenias.
3. Hold therapy for active opportunistic infections until fully controlled.
4. Swallow capsules whole, do not crush or open.
Interaction:
1. Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors increase systemic exposure and myelosuppression risk.
2. Strong CYP3A4 inducers reduce therapeutic efficacy.
3. Concurrent myelosuppressive chemotherapy worsens bone marrow suppression.
Side effects:
1. Common: Neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, fatigue, diarrhea, elevated liver enzymes.
2. Severe: Severe opportunistic infections, interstitial lung disease, severe hemorrhage, secondary malignancies
