FuTuoNing® Fovinaciclib Citrate Capsules treats relapsed or metastatic breast cancer in adult patients.
- Mechanism: Selective CDK4/6 oral inhibitor, inhibits cyclin-dependent kinase activity to arrest cancer cell cycle progression, suppresses proliferation of recurrent metastatic breast tumor cells when combined with endocrine anti-tumor therapy.
- Drug class: Oral CDK4/6 targeted inhibitor, anti-tumor prescription soft capsule formulation.
- Clinical use: Second-line combination therapy for recurrent or metastatic breast cancer after prior treatment failure.

How to use ?
Recommended Dose: Fixed once-daily oral capsule dose taken continuously for 21 days with a 7-day treatment break per cycle.
Time: Daily consistent oral dosing during each 28-day treatment cycle.
Instructions for use: Swallow capsules whole without opening or chewing; regular blood count monitoring for hematological adverse reactions.
Interaction: Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors increase drug toxicity risk, strong CYP3A4 inducers reduce therapeutic efficacy, co-administration is restricted.
Side effects: Neutropenia, leukopenia, nausea, fatigue, hair loss, oral mucositis.
